As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, I believe that health is about more than just what we eat. It encompasses so many other important areas of our lives such as; movement, self-care, healthy relationships, stress, sleep, mindset and living in alignment with our purpose (Dharma).

For many of us, we can become so fixated on what’s not right with our bodies or the number on the scale that we forget just how powerful and amazing our physical vessels are. This is why love to blend practical nutritional elements with powerful intuitive-based practices such as meditation and yoga when working with my clients. When we connect to all parts of our being - mind, body & spirit, we can feel a deep sense of alignment and peace.

During my 1-on-1 programs and sessions, I help you uncover root causes, provide you with supportive tools and practices and create an action plan that you can stick with. I will provide you with the accountability and guidance you need to make transformational changes in your health and life.
