Nourished Life ReseT Program

I created this program specifically to help you get your health back on track in an easy and mindful way. The program is designed to gently detox your body while supporting it with whole foods and lifestyle practices that are simple yet effective.

Use it to support you in getting back on track with a healthy eating routine, boosting your mood and energy, deepening your connection to self and even as a foundation for weight loss.

During the 2-weeks, you will gain a deeper understanding on how to rebalance your body by adding in elements that energize you and reducing those that drain you. This program will provide you with a breadth of information on detoxing, how to create a clean & healthy lifestyle, 30+ simple whole food recipes, a 2-week meal plan, grocery list, yoga practices, checklists, daily meditations and more.

Each day you will gain access to a new module that will break down the process into bite-size pieces. The flexible format allows you to go at your own pace and find what works best for you. You will also have lifetime access to the content.

SELF-CARE MADE SIMPLE: Create simple daily practices you can stick with. You will be provided with self-care checklists to work through during the program along with meditations and short yoga practices to help you create a deeper connection to yourself and your body.

Hi I’m Gillian! I am a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner who is passionate about supporting you on your journey to greater health and well-being. I felt inspired to create this program based on my own experiences falling off track and struggling to find my way back to a healthy routine and connection with my body.

I know it can be challenging to know where to start or what steps to take without a framework, which is why this program is laid out with simple daily modules that have daily practices, tools and recipes to help you get back to feeling healthy and radiant.

 

My approach

My holistic approach honours the uniqueness of your body and supports you in creating healthy habits and building a strong foundation. I believe that health is a long distance run, not a sprint. It is the small, consistent choices we make daily that create profound shifts over time.

  • In this program you will receive access to daily online modules with handouts, templates, educational info on detoxing and healthy lifestyle practices, over 30 tasty recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, healthy swaps & tips, self-care checklists, meditations, short yoga classes and more to keep you on track.

    Each day you will gain access to bite size pieces of info curated to fit into your busy schedule. The content will take you no longer than 30 mins to go through daily (meditations, yoga videos may be longer).

  • This program is for anyone looking to get their health back on track in a mindful way and implement strong habits. You can use this program as a launch point for losing weight, reducing cravings, improving sleep, boosting energy or getting yourself back into a healthy routine. This program takes a holistic approach and is not restrictive in any way so that you can continue your journey beyond the two weeks if you want to keep up the momentum.

  • Following the program, you can expect to feel more energized, reduced bloating and cravings, better sleep, peaceful and improved mood, clarity and focus. With consuming nutrient dense foods and creating space for supportive lifestyle practices, you will feel a deeper connection to yourself and your body.

  • You will have lifetime access to the program! The amazing part about this program is that you can continue with it after the two weeks or come back to it whenever you feel you need a reset. My intention in creating this was to help you kickstart a healthier lifestyle and continue to use the tools I provide you with in your everyday life.

  • The answer is - both! You can work through the modules with the group or at your own pace. The two coaching calls can be used to check-in on your progress, get feedback and receive support from the group. The recording will be send out after so you can watch it if the time doesn't work for you. I wanted to make the program as flexible as possible to fit anyone's busy shedule. You will have lifetime access to the content as well so you can move at whatever pace best suits you.

  • This course is not restrictive and is designed to help you implement the tools that work best for you. I want you to make this journey uniquely yours. It is recommended that you try to stick with the diet and lifestyle guidelines for the duration of the program if you can, but you will still see positive benefits even if you implement just a few of the recommendations. You know your body best so feel free to use this as a starting point to find what works for you.
